2. Description of Services

Linopec provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to package delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics management. Our Services may change over time as we improve and expand them.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your shipments
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not ship prohibited or dangerous goods
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Be responsible for the accuracy of recipient information

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being shipped through Linopec services:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials
• Firearms and ammunition
• Perishable goods requiring refrigeration
• Live animals
• Currency and negotiable instruments
• Counterfeit or pirated goods

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather, customs delays, and incorrect address information.

5.2 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional fees may apply for re-delivery or return to sender.

6. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our fees at any time by posting the changes on our website.

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1 General Liability

Linopec's liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited as follows:

• For domestic shipments: $100 or the actual value of the contents, whichever is less
• For international shipments: As provided by the Warsaw Convention or other applicable treaties

7.2 Exclusions

Linopec is not liable for:

• Consequential, incidental, or special damages
• Loss of profits, income, or business opportunities
• Damage from improper packaging
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Insurance

Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date with appropriate documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Linopec or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
